Founder & President
Nayanee Silva FCA FCMI FRSA
Nayanee Silva is a business management professional and life coach with three decades of experience in finance, business and career consultancy. She has been a business owner for over 20 years, working with individuals and corporate organisations, providing coaching, education and business consultancy services with a strong track record in supporting clients to achieve their strategic goals.
Nayanee has supported welfare projects in Sri Lanka for several years and believes that education and training, alongside welfare, is an important part of developing communities to support themselves. With a family history of charity and social welfare work which her late mother Indrani Iriyagolle began over 30 years ago through her own welfare organisation, Nayanee has supported Sri Lankan welfare and development projects for over two decades. Nayanee's vision is to help underprivileged communities in Sri Lanka, through providing training, education and financial support to achieve sustainable livelihoods, improve skills and make useful contributions through empowering those who would otherwise not have the opportunity to break the cycle of aid dependency.
Through The Aspire Community Foundation, Nayanee's vision is to collaborate with other organisations and volunteers, to support projects that alleviate poverty, bridge the earnings and education gap by developing youth, education, skills, small business ventures and empowerment of women in Sri Lanka.
A mother of two sons (Arun and Ruwan), also board members of the Foundation, Nayanee is keen to involve the younger generation to elevate and support youth in Sri Lanka to achieve their potential.

Arun Silva MSc
Arun Silva completed his Bachelor's degree and MSc in Management at the University of Kent. He is a digital marketing professional and experienced media specialist. Arun has experience in fundraising through producing and promoting live and online events and has been actively involved in fundraising for charities. He is the founder of a digital media and events agency Silva Media and is employed full time as a Digital Marketing Executive at a global organisation in the UK. As a musician and performer, he is keen to support the development of youth arts and culture alongside other foundation projects.

Rohan Iriyagolle
Rohan Iriyagolle is an experienced founder and business professional with over 25 years experience in finance and business consultancy. Rohan provides valuable strategic management insights from corporate board level experience. He has been involved in charitable philanthropic activities in Sri Lanka for over two decades, including as a board member and trustee. Rohan with his sister Nayanee, is keen to support welfare and development activities to improve the lives of Sri Lankan communities.

Ruwan Silva
Ruwan Silva is currently pursuing an MEng Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College, London. He has been actively involved in fundraising for Sri Lankan charities, as a former member of the executive committee of the Imperial College Sri Lanka Society; that organises the annual Sapphire Charity Ball (London) which raises funds for charities working in Sri Lanka. Ruwan has worked within the UK engineering and technology sector and is keen to support the development of education and technology skills training for young people in Sri Lanka.
